Perry Penland, Jr. Mr. Penland was born October 13, 1955 in Jacksonville, Florida and has been a resident of Jacksonville, Florida ever since. He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1981 after graduating from Stetson University in 1978 and from Stetson University College of Law in 1980. Mr. Penland is a member of The Florida Bar, The American Bar Association, the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and The Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
